Delivered Pre-Built
Pre-Built Delivery is your best choice. Your cabin is manufactured in a quality-controlled shop environment and delivered to you ready to use. We can deliver most our cabins fully assembled.

Delivery AreaIt's fast and it's free in the following Michiana counties:
INDIANA
    LaPorte, St Joseph, Elkhart,
    Starke, Marshall & Koskiusko
MICHIGAN
     Berrien, Cass, St Joseph,
     Van Buren, Kalamazoo

Prebuilt Delivery outside of these counties is subject to a mileage charge one way. Contact us for a delivery estimate.

Please Note!
For delivery we use a pickup truck and trailer, and we need to have unobstructed access to your site. There should be a clear path that is the width of your cabin + two feet. (For example on a 16'x10' cabin we would need a 12' unobstructed path to your site.) Other things you should take into consideration are gates, fencing and overhead wires. The cabin on the trailer will be around 13' high.

Delivered & Built On-Site
On-Site Assembly is necessary if there is not enough room to get a pre-built building to your site, or if the building is too heavy for us to move by truck. Due to the custom nature of on-site assembly and delivery we do not allow online purchasing. Please contact us to discuss your situation and we will be happy to provide you with a free estimate.
